This villa is designed keeping environmental footprint to the minimum. The walls are plastered unevenly, giving a hutments feel — the furniture is wooden, and the bathroom roof uses reclaimed wood from old houses on an island in Diwar, Goa.

Modern facilities in a heritage setting: a high-pressure shower with hot and cold options, and a traditional wooden basin platform made from reclaimed wood, with traditional roof tiles that transport you.
Kitchenette
For a hot snack or a quiet breakfast in, the kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooker and a small refrigerator for your beers or beverages, with sachets of tea or black coffee for the evening. A water purifier is provided too.

Policies & practicalities
From 2 pm. Check-out by 12 pm (noon). The caretaker is on site from 7 am and will meet your car at the gate.
Free up to 3 days before check-in. Within 3 days of check-in, and for no-shows, the full stay is charged. Full terms are on the cancellation page.
The villa sleeps 2. An extra guest can be added with an extra mattress, charged per night.
