These luxurious villas are designed keeping environmental footprint to the minimum. The walls are plastered unevenly, giving a hutments feel — the furniture is wooden, and the bathroom roof uses reclaimed wood from old houses on an island in Diwar, Goa.
Free Wi-Fi, onsite parking, power backup and housekeeping are standard across all nine villas, and pets are welcome with the property's consent.

Bedrooms
Large king-size beds with duvet coversheets to snooze in, with air-conditioned cooling and an ambience filled with natural textured walls that puts you right into the depth of Goa. Good night.
Heritage bathrooms
Modern facilities in a heritage setting: a high-pressure shower with hot and cold options, and a traditional wooden basin platform made from reclaimed wood. Heritage-sized bathrooms — especially the first-floor bathroom, large enough to fit a bed — with traditional roof tiles that transport you.
Kitchenette
For a hot snack or a small meal for the kids, the kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooker and utensils to prepare small bites, plus crockery and cutlery. There is a mid-size refrigerator for your beers or beverages, and sachets of tea or black coffee for the evening. A water purifier is provided too.
Open terrace
A small open terrace under a moonlit night or for stargazing with intimacy — unwind here into this soulful paradise.

From 2 pm. Check-out by 12 pm (noon). The caretaker is on site from 7 am and will meet your car at the gate.
Free up to 3 days before check-in. Within 3 days of check-in, and for no-shows, the full stay is charged. Full terms are on the cancellation page.
The villa sleeps 4. An extra guest can be added with an extra mattress, charged per night.
