This luxurious villa is designed keeping environmental footprint to the minimum. The walls are plastered unevenly, giving a hutments feel — the furniture is wooden, and the bathroom roofs use reclaimed wood from old houses on an island in Diwar, Goa.
Free Wi-Fi, dedicated parking and power backup are included as standard, and the villa is pet-friendly with the property's consent.

Bedrooms
Three large king-size beds with duvet coversheets to snooze in, each with air-conditioned cooling and an ambience filled with natural textured walls that puts you right into the depth of Goa. Good night.
Heritage bathrooms
Modern facilities in a heritage setting across all three bathrooms: a high-pressure shower with hot and cold options, and traditional wooden basin platforms made from reclaimed wood. Heritage-sized bathrooms with traditional roof tiles that transport you.
Kitchenette
For a hot snack or a simple meal for the whole group, the kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooker and utensils to prepare small bites, plus enough crockery and cutlery to go round. There is a mid-size refrigerator for your beers or beverages, and sachets of tea or black coffee for the evening. A water purifier is provided too.
Open terrace
A small open terrace under a moonlit night or for stargazing with intimacy — unwind here into this soulful paradise.
Pool and lounge
A larger covered pool, perfect for a refreshing dip any time with the whole group, is the icing on the cake. A sheltered sit-out next to the pool lets you relax after a dip.

Ideal for hosting a private barbecue with family and friends, we will help you out with the preparation, the marination and firing up etc. — the rest is up to you to try your culinary skills. From 2 pm. Check-out by 12 pm (noon). The caretaker is on site from 7 am and will meet your car at the gate.
Free up to 3 days before check-in. Within 3 days of check-in, and for no-shows, the full stay is charged. Full terms are on the cancellation page.
The villa sleeps 6. An extra guest can be added with an extra mattress, charged per night.
