Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Avontade Hospitality LLP collects when you enquire, book or stay with us, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect
When you enquire or book: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, party size and anything you choose to tell us about your stay.
At check-in, as required by Indian law: identification details, and for foreign nationals, passport and visa details recorded on Form C for submission to the Bureau of Immigration.
When you use this site: standard server log information, and analytics data covering pages viewed and approximate location. We do not build advertising profiles.

How we use it
To respond to enquiries, hold and confirm bookings, arrange transport and services you ask for, and contact you before and during your stay.
To meet legal obligations, including guest registration, tax records and Form C reporting.
To send occasional emails about rates and availability, only where you have asked for them. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link.

Payments
Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers. Bank transfer details you send us are retained only as long as the tax record requires.

Who we share it with
Our property management and booking systems, which hold reservation data on our behalf; our payment provider; the transport and service providers you ask us to arrange; and government authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies
This site uses functional cookies to keep the site working and analytics cookies to understand which pages are read. Analytics can be declined on your first visit and the choice changed at any time from the link in the footer.
The booking engine is provided by a third party and sets its own cookies on the booking page. Its privacy notice applies there alongside ours.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking and stay records are kept for eight years to meet Indian tax and hospitality record requirements. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
Write to avontadegoa@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.

Security and changes
Access to guest data is limited to the people who need it, and connections to this site and to our systems are encrypted.
If this policy changes materially we will post the revised version here with a new date, and notify guests with a live booking by email.
